a telephone help line and email during office working ours. During
these periods our staff are available for consultation.

SSL VPN connections are available to allow for fast resolutions

disruption to users.

regularly as software is developed through continuous development
with existing users.
Data conversion, corrections and mapping
support are available as part of WoodPlan Limited support services.
This may include site visits by a member of the WoodPlan technical

The Customer Portal & Online Support
Area of this website is designed to provide current users with
an area to share topics concerning usage and best working practice
for their tree management software systems. The portal allows
customers full access to specific functionality updates and also
allows users to get involved in direct discussion regarding future
software developments. On-line manuals and training videos can
also be downloaded or viewed from the customer portal area of
the website.
WoodPlan can provide both on-site and local
group training for all users. Local demonstration days can be
