WoodPlan Limited offer support services for all tree management software products, data collection and handling and any hardware supplied. Different levels of support can be arranged through specific user support agreements. Contact us to find out more.

Support is provided through:

• On-site visits

Help Desk support is available as both a telephone help line and email during office working ours. During these periods our staff are available for consultation.

Remote IT assistance and support through SSL VPN connections are available to allow for fast resolutions to technical support issues and therefore minimising potential disruption to users.

Maintenance and service upgrades are available regularly as software is developed through continuous development with existing users.

Data conversion, corrections and mapping support are available as part of WoodPlan Limited support services. This may include site visits by a member of the WoodPlan technical support team where required.

The Customer Portal & Online Support Area of this website is designed to provide current users with an area to share topics concerning usage and best working practice for their tree management software systems. The portal allows customers full access to specific functionality updates and also allows users to get involved in direct discussion regarding future software developments. On-line manuals and training videos can also be downloaded or viewed from the customer portal area of the website.

WoodPlan can provide both on-site and local group training for all users. Local demonstration days can be provided on a district basis by request. Contact us to discuss out training services.
